Service Description

Shirodhara is a classic Ayurvedic treatment that involves pouring of oil to the forehead. This treatments focus is the shoulders, neck and head, as they are most vulnerable to stress and tension. It is a recommended for people experiencing high levels of stress, insomnia, anxiety, and Vata imbalances. It is best to have with a full body Abhyanga marma massage but can also be enjoyed as a stand alone treatment which takes about 1 hour. Starting with upper back and shoulder massage, followed by the pouring of oil and finishing off with a head massage.

Cancelation Policy

Appointments may be changed up to 72hrs in advance at no charge. Changes or cancellations within 48hrs of your appointment will incur a 50% charge. Changes or cancellations within 24hrs or 'no shows' will be charged the full rate.
