Service Description
This is a full Ayurvedic Massage with oils tailored to suit you and address any imbalances. This will include a 15 min mini consultation, and afterwards you will be sent some high-level guidance on maintaining or improving your health. Please note this is not a full consultation. 1. Snehana: Herbal warm massage oil applied and absorbed, specific to your needs. 2. Abhyanga: Special massage using therapeutic oils to stimulate and release toxins through lymphatic drainage and through the skin. Helps to absorb the oil into the internal tissue of the body. 4. Marma point and Chakra massage energy healing for some of the key points. 5. Pinda Sweda using hot herbal poultices to foment the body to produce sweat.
Cancellation Policy
Your £250 deposit secures your place. If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to refill your place, in which case it will be refunded, less any reasonable costs already incurred. If Highland Ayurveda cancels the retreat, we will refund all payments in full.
