Rejuvenating Abhyanga Massage 60mins
60mins - £80
Service Description
In today’s fast-paced world, stress, fatigue, and poor lifestyle choices have become common, leading to low energy, poor circulation, muscle stiffness, and imbalanced health. Abhyanga is a therapeutic full-body rejuvenation massage performed with warm medicated herbal oils, chosen based on your dosha (body constitution). It is more than a massage— a deeply nourishing, detoxifying, and rejuvenating therapy that balances the body, mind, and spirit. This includes Chakra massage energy healing with targeted Marma Massage Points.
