This will be the final workshop in the series this year, which will enable you to understand your dosha, your digestion, Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle habits which will bring hearmony, improved health and happiness.  This will be a 2 hour workshop with plenty of time for Q&A, with refrehsments available to purchase.

For those who did not attend the January or February sessions, this wil still be benefical and aid your learning,  but the most benefit will be from attendance in all sessions, as you build up your knowledge.
