Initial Ayurvedic Consultation

Service Description

Our first consultation is an opportunity for you to tell me as much about yourself and your health challenges as possible. Ayurveda takes a holistic approach so I'll ask about your diet, sleep, energy, emotional and mental health as well as any physical challenges past and present. Your lifestyle, family, relationships and work environment will also be covered so that I can get a real understanding about you and how you live. We will discuss the reasons for your symptoms so that I can develop your unique, holistic Ayurvedic Treatment Guidance. This session takes between 60 and 90 minutes face to face. Following the session I will then spend around 2hours developing your written Ayurvedic Treatment Guidance explaining the causative factors for your symptoms, with lifestyle and nutritional advice, specific to your needs, and recommended natural herbal remedies to support you back to good health. There is an additional charge of £40 for your Treatment Guidance session whee we will spend around 45mins reviewing this and tailoring it for you. This is an in person consultation at my consulting room in Nairn, Scottish Highlands. If you prefer an online appointment please book the online appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be changed up to 72hrs in advance at no charge. Changes or cancellations within 48hrs of your appointment will incur a 50% charge. Changes or cancellations within 24hrs or 'no shows' will be charged the full rate.
