Service Description
Our first consultation (in person or online) allows you to tell me as much about yourself and your health challenges as possible. Ayurveda takes a holistic approach, so I'll ask about your diet, sleep, energy, emotional and mental health, and any physical challenges, past and present. Your lifestyle, family, relationships, and work environment will also be covered so that I can get a real understanding of you and how you live. We will discuss the reasons for your symptoms so that I can develop your unique, holistic Ayurvedic Treatment Guidance. This session takes up to 90 minutes face-to-face. Following the session, I will spend 1-2 hours developing your detailed, written Ayurvedic Treatment Guidance. This includes the causative factors for your symptoms, lifestyle and nutritional advice, specific to your needs, and recommended Ayurvedic approach to nurture you back to good health.
Cancellation Policy
Consultation Appointments can be changed up to 72 hours in advance at no charge. Changes or cancellations for consultations requested from 72hrs to 48hrs of your appointment will incur a 50% charge. Changes or cancellations for consultations between 48hrs and 24hrs or 'no shows' will be charged at the full rate. Massages can be changed up to 5 days in advance at no charge. Massage changes or cancellations within 5 to 3 days of appointment will incur a 50% charge. Massage changes, cancellations within 2 days, or no-shows will be charged at the full rate.
