Highland Ayurveda Winter Retreat – £250 Booking Deposit 18–21 February 2027 The Invernairne Hotel in Nairn, Highlands Secure your place on Highland Ayurveda’s Restorative Winter Retreat. The retreat focuses on deep restoration and learning the art of self-healing, exploring how Ayurveda and the ancient principles of Rasayana can help us nourish the body, rejuvenate, support healthy ageing and work with our natural capacity for healing. Your retreat includes three nights’ boutique accommodation, seasonal Ayurvedic nourishment, a personal Ayurvedic consultation, 90-minute Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage, wood-fired sauna experience, yoga, meditation, breathwork, mantra, mudra, sound, Ayurvedic teaching and restorative time by the sea. Inclusive retreat prices start from £1,125 per person. (Optional extras include room upgrades and detailed consultation) A £250 deposit per person secures your place. We'll send further details by the end of October so you can select your accommodation preference and room category. There is no single person supplement for dedicated single rooms.
