Service Description

This is an extra 30mins available as an add on to the 90 and 120min massage. Shirodhara is a technique that uses warm oil poured in a gentle stream over the forehead. This is a profoundly relaxing as it works to calm and pacify the central nervous system stilling the mind and senses. This allows stress to be released and to enhance natural healing. The oil is then massaged into your head with key marma point massage on head to finish.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be changed up to 72hrs in advance at no charge. Changes or cancellations within 48hrs of your appointment will incur a 50% charge. Changes or cancellations within 24hrs or 'no shows' will be charged the full rate.
