Spring is the perfect time to detox, with a personalised Detox Package for 4, 7 or 10 days.The package includes: • 1 to 1 Ayurvedic Consultation 60mins (in person or zoom) • Ayurvedic Cleanse Programme with clear written instructions and herbs • Nutritional advice, detox recipes, ingredients list and stockists • Lifestyle advice with self-care rituals • Recommended yoga and pranayama • Guidance on sound therapy and Ayurvedic mantras • Email support through the detox • 1 to 1 post-cleanse Consultation, 45 mins (in person or zoom) • Guidance for Post Cleanse Rejuvenation
Cancellation Policy
Consultation Appointments can be changed up to 72 hours in advance at no charge. Changes or cancellations for consultations requested from 72hrs to 48hrs of your appointment will incur a 50% charge. Changes or cancellations for consultations between 48hrs and 24hrs or 'no shows' will be charged at the full rate. Massages can be changed up to 5 days in advance at no charge. Massage changes or cancellations within 5 to 3 days of appointment will incur a 50% charge. Massage changes, cancellations within 2 days, or no-shows will be charged at the full rate.
